What website care is and whether you need it after launch
Website care is regular work that keeps your site healthy after launch: hosting under watch, updates, backups and edits. A subscription isn’t required, but a site left unattended ages.
Here is what happens when a site is left on its own. The software goes out of date and vulnerabilities appear. There is no fresh backup in case something fails. A small edit, like a new phone number or price, waits until you find someone to do it.
A subscription takes those worries off your plate. You pay the fixed monthly amount from the contract and get one point of contact who is responsible for your site.
You decide on the subscription after the first free month. Without one, the site stays yours and keeps running.
The Care subscription
Care keeps your site in working order. The first month is free.
What’s included in Care
- Hosting monitoring. We watch the condition of the hosting your site runs on.
- Updates. We update the software behind your site so it stays stable and secure.
- Backups. We keep copies so your site can be restored after a failure.
- Minor edits, up to 2 hours a month. A new phone number, a price, a photo, a line of text: you send the request, we do it.
- Monthly report. A short summary of what was done during the month.
What isn’t included in Care
New features and major changes aren’t part of the subscription. If an edit doesn’t fit into 2 hours a month, we estimate it separately and tell you the cost before the work begins.
The Growth subscription
Growth is Care plus monthly work on your inquiries. It includes everything in Care and four areas of work.
SEO and GEO every month
SEO is preparing your site to be found in search engines like Google. GEO is preparing it for the answers of AI assistants, so they understand what you do (see GEO in plain words). Every month we check which queries bring people to you, improve your pages and refine the structure of the site.
We don’t guarantee search rankings or mentions in AI answers. We build the foundation and report openly.
Articles and conversion improvements
Two articles a month add useful content that can help people find you. Conversion improvements are edits to pages and inquiry forms so that more visitors get in touch; common causes are covered in why a website is not generating leads. We don’t promise a specific increase in inquiries: the result depends on your market and demand.
A ranking report
Once a month you receive a report with your site’s search positions and a description of what was done. It’s transparent: you see both the result and the work behind it.
Care or Growth: which to choose
Choose Care if your site already does its job and just needs to be kept in good order. Choose Growth if you want it to keep developing and bring in more inquiries.

The rule of thumb is simple. If your site works and doesn’t need to grow, take Care. If you expect your site to drive more inquiries, take Growth.
How to start a subscription
You can start a subscription in three steps, and you don’t pay for the first month of Care.
- Choose a plan You pick Care or Growth and discuss your site’s needs with us.
- Contract The subscription terms are fixed in the contract.
- The first month We take your site under our wing, you send edit requests through your single point of contact, and at the end of the month you receive a report.
How a subscription connects to the warranty
The lifetime warranty applies for as long as a Care or Growth subscription is active. That is the main advantage of subscribing.
The warranty covers errors in our work: we fix them free of charge. It doesn’t cover new features, changes you request after delivery or damage caused by third parties.
The first month of Care is free, so the warranty is in force from the day your site is delivered.
If you don’t need a subscription after the first month, the site stays yours and keeps running, and the warranty lasts 6 months from delivery.

How do I make a warranty claim if something on my site breaks?
Message us on Telegram @ararwebstudio or email ararwebstudio@gmail.com and tell us what happened: the page address, what isn’t working and when it started. A screenshot or short video speeds things up.
We reply within one business day and tell you whether the case is covered by the warranty. If it is, we fix it free of charge. If not, we tell you the price before the work begins.
What happens if I cancel the subscription and sign up again later?
The lifetime warranty returns to your site after we check its condition.
While there is no subscription, the no-subscription warranty applies: whatever remains of the 6 months from delivery, if they haven’t expired yet.
If my site breaks after my own edits or because of a third-party service, is that covered?
No: breakage after edits to the code or CMS made by someone other than us, caused by third-party plugins and services, or caused by a change of hosting isn’t a warranty case.
We look into the cause and help under an estimate, and the warranty on our own work stays in place. Warranty terms
Is hosting paid separately, or included in the subscription?
Hosting is registered in your name and paid by you separately: the subscription covers monitoring its condition, not paying for it.
The domain is also registered in your name and paid separately; we help with setup.

Yes. We work with clients in the US, Europe and other countries. We agree on a payment method that works for you when we sign the contract.
