Web design in Dubai for businesses with an international audience

We design premium websites for businesses in Dubai: custom design, copy, an SEO foundation and AI-search visibility in one project. A landing page takes 5–7 business days, a company site 3–4 weeks from the day we receive your materials. The price and timeline are fixed in the contract, you pay in stages, you have one point of contact, and the warranty is lifetime while you’re on a care plan.

Let’s talk it through: message us on Telegram.

01

An international audience: pages and forms that work

People who find your business in Dubai come from many countries and use different channels. Some will message you on WhatsApp, others will prefer Telegram or email. The site has to welcome all of them.

  • WhatsApp and Telegram buttons sit next to the form on every mobile screen.
  • The form is short: name, contact and one line about the request.
  • Your reply hours are shown with the time zone (UTC+4), so someone writing from abroad knows when to expect an answer.
  • If prices appear on the site, we show them in the currency your customers expect. We settle that at the brief.

Choosing a studio is a decision in itself, so we wrote how to choose a web design agency.

02

English, Russian or Arabic: choosing your site languages

Arabic is the official language of the UAE, and English is widely used in business. In a city with an audience this international, an English version is usually the foundation rather than an extra.

Russian helps if your customers speak it, and each version lives at its own address with a switcher in the header.

An Arabic version is a separate piece of work, not a translated copy. The layout is mirrored to read right to left (RTL), so the grid, arrows, alignment and typefaces all change. We quote its scope and timeline after the brief.

03

Where to place your licence and company details

Company websites in the UAE commonly show a trade licence number. We build in a place for it: the footer and the About page.

You supply the number and details, and we set them in the design. Which details your company needs to display is a question for your lawyer; we don’t give legal advice.

04

A .ae or a .com domain

Either works. A .ae address is the UAE’s national domain, while a .com is familiar to international visitors. Some businesses register both and send one to the other.

Check the .ae registration requirements with your registrar before you buy. We register the domain in your name; you pay for it separately.

05

How the project runs online on Dubai time

  1. Brief. 15–20 minutes: your goal, audience, languages and the tone of your brand.
  2. Materials. Logo, photos and company details. The clock starts when we receive them.
  3. Design and copy. You review a finished version on a test address.
  4. Revisions. Two rounds.
  5. Checks and launch. Speed (target: Lighthouse 90+), mobile layout, forms and SEO.

Calls are on Dubai time (UTC+4), and day-to-day messages go through Telegram or WhatsApp. You pay 50% before we start and 50% after approval.

While a Care or Growth subscription is active, the warranty on your site is lifetime: we fix errors in our work free of charge. Without a subscription, the warranty lasts 6 months from delivery.

When the site must reflect the standing of your brand, look at the premium website; for a single offer, a landing page is enough. We also build sites for businesses in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. To begin, message us on Telegram.

Questions about a website for a business in Dubai

Can’t find your answer? All questions →

Do I need an Arabic version?

It depends on who you want to reach. If you address Arabic-speaking customers, it’s worth building. If your audience reads English and Russian, you can launch with those and add Arabic later. It’s a separate task because the layout is mirrored (RTL).

Can you place my licence number on the site?

Yes. We build in space in the footer and on the About page. You supply the number; what your company has to show is a question for your lawyer.

Do I need a .ae domain?

No. A .com or a .ae both work, and you can have both. Ask your registrar about .ae terms.

How long does it take?

A landing page takes 5–7 business days and a company site 3–4 weeks from receiving your materials. An Arabic version is timed separately, after the brief.

How do we communicate during the project?

The brief is a call on Dubai time, then Telegram or WhatsApp. The contract, the stages and your approvals are online as well, and you deal with one person throughout.

Shall we discuss your website?

Pricing is individual: a short brief, then a fixed quote in the contract.
