Privacy Policy

The website ararwebstudio.com belongs to Arar Web Studio (“we”, “the studio”).

For any question about your data, email ararwebstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”.

On the website. There are no contact forms, so the site never asks for your name, phone or email. If you accept analytics, the counters collect pseudonymous visit data: pages viewed, time on page, referrer, device and browser type, approximate city based on IP address, clicks and scrolling.

When you message us. On Telegram, WhatsApp, by email or phone we receive what you choose to share: your name, contact details, project description and materials.

We do not ask for or collect health data, beliefs or other special categories of data.

• To reply to your message, discuss your project, prepare a proposal and a contract.
• To understand which pages are useful and which need work (only with your analytics consent).

We do not sell data, share it for other companies’ advertising or send newsletters unless you ask.

On your first visit a notice appears at the bottom of the screen. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

• Necessary — always on. Your browser remembers your choice and stores the homepage animation frames so the page loads faster. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Analytics — only after “Accept”: Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia), including Session Replay without typed text, and Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). These services set their own cookies and process data on their servers, possibly outside your country, under their own policies: Yandex policy, Google policy.

If you choose “Necessary only”, the counters are never loaded.

• Conversations stay in the messenger or email you chose (Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail); their servers may be located in different countries.
• If no contract is signed, we delete conversations and contacts from our working files within 12 months of the last message.
• If a contract is signed, we keep them for the duration of the work and 3 years after, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting records).
• Analytics statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics in pseudonymous form under their rules.

Only services the work cannot do without: our website host Netlify (USA), the analytics services above (with your consent) and the messenger or email you chose to contact us. Public authorities only where the law expressly requires it.

• The website works only over secure HTTPS.
• Only the people working on your project can access your messages and materials.
• We never publish your messages or forward them to outsiders.

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw analytics consent (via “Cookie settings” or by clearing cookies in your browser), and complain to the data protection authority in your country or to a court.
